Software for Physiological Experiments and Data Analysis
-
SCOPE: PC-based physiological monitoring system
as described in Ghose, Ohzawa, and Freeman, Journal of Neuroscience Methods
62: 7-13, 1995. We have used this software to monitor and record EEG, ECG,
heart rate, and temperature of a physiological preparation throughout an
experiment. High and low value limit checks will trigger voice alerts. A
new program for this function is under development
-
ContourPlot.app: NEXTSTEP app for generating contour plots
used to make figures that appeared in our recent articles on receptive fields and
binocular disparity encoding.
It has flexible color controls for filling contours and a simple file format for input data.
-
Cgraph: PostScript plotting library in C
used to make X-Y plots and other custom figures (some polar plots) that appeared in
our recent papers. This library is portable to almost any platform.
